  • 18 holes. par 71. 6,580 yards. Heathland.

The original six holes of Ladybank Golf Club were designed by the world-renowned golf course architect Old Tom Morris in 1879 and is a classic heathland layout. Ladybank Golf Club was nominated as an Open Championship Final Qualifying venue in 1978 and once hosted and exhibition match between Jack Nicklaus and Seve Ballesteros, which is testament to this excellent golf course.

The course at Ladybank Golf Club requires accurate course management, as a number of holes feature tough doglegs and tricky approach shots. The signature 9th hole is a great example of the demanding layout as it features a dog leg guarded by a large tree and an approach shot to a raised two tier green. The unique challenge at Ladybank is different but just as enjoyable as the nearby traditional links golf courses and promises to be a great addition to any golf vacation in Scotland.
